Don’t keep your feelings inside.

So some advice I think that will help the kids coming next year is to not keep your feelings all bundled up inside. It will help a lot if you just go talk to someone.

At this school, we have really good guidance counselors that can help you a lot. When you are feeling stressed or depressed or anything, if you go talk to someone it can really help you.

However, if you keep your feelings in, your feelings will just keep bugging you and will probably make you feel worse/more stressed. I know from experience that when you talk about your feelings and let them out, it makes you feel a lot better.

I used to keep all my feelings inside but it just made me feel worse, until one day I finally talked to someone. It helped me a lot. So instead of keeping your feelings in, I suggest that you go talk to someone, it can really help you.
